Roles and Responsibilities : • Design, develop, test, and deploy Zendesk implementations for clients across various industries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels using ITSM processes. • Troubleshoot issues related to data migration from legacy systems to Zendesk platform. Job Requirements : • 4-9 years of experience in Implementation Development with a focus on IT services & consulting industry. • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript fundamentals for customizing Zendesk UI components. • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk's Customer Support Suite (CSU) is required.
