JOB PURPOSE** **(Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall objective of the company)** **Drive Collections for the region in the delinquent portfolio (30 DPD & above) ensuring adherence to Policy/ compliance protocols; Control delinquencies, cost of collections. forecast to ensure it is within the threshold; bounce & penal charges collections; monitor the portfolio and contribute through quality inputs to the business and policy teams for corrective actions; plan and evaluate the capacity needs and work in tandem with the strategy team for implementation of strategies that include digitization/cost reduction projects** **2. ORGANISATIONAL CHART** **(First level reporting chart for the job)** **3.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** **(Accountabilities associated with the job)** **1.Ensuring minimal flows from front end to 30+ and reduce losses.** **Restrict the flow of delinquent accounts to higher Days Past Due by efficient BKT closing through on role employees and external vendors** **Monitor and review delinquent accounts effectively** **Control inventories & strategize to lower the NPA** **Minimize NPA and ensure that it is within the budget** **Focus on operational efficiencies and deliver on cost targets** **Analyze portfolio behavior & taking proactive measures** **Monitor overall performance of the region wrt Collection KPIs and scorecard metrices** **2.Team/ Agency Management** ** Evaluate the capacity needs and ensuring timely staffing & hiring in line with the portfolio to drive bucket efficiencies** **Identify and hire Agency managers (in Collections team)** **Evaluate/ Review & recommend agency empanelment** **Set up of BKT-wise, manager-wise & agency-wise daily, weekly & monthly targets** ** Ensure training programs for new joiners & internal debt training programs for collection managers & external vendors.** **Ensure that the agency bills are raised in a timely manner and without discrepancies** **** **3.Cross Function Management** **Liaison with support functions to improve portfolio performance** **Devise strategy along with credit team to ensure strict controls on quality of sourcing** **Identify potential fraud & work on it in co-ordination with the credit / Ops and Legal team** **Provide inputs to the fraud control team on early indicators and support investigations** **4.Audits, Compliance & Policy/ Process Controls** **Drive team to achieve satisfactory audit ratings done external agencies & drive compliance of regulatory requirements** ** Ensure adherence to DMI code of conduct Policy** **Ensure adherence to Compliance of data security norms** **Ensure adherence to Adherence to process control requirements** **5.Control & Resolution of Escalations** - **Ensuring all customer escalations are closed in a timely manner** **Other Dimensions (FY 23)** **(Significant volume dimensions associated with the job)** **Total Team Size: 3-4** **Number of Direct Reports: 4-5** **Number of Outsourced/ agency employees- 120-150 nos.** **< Other volume dimensions e.g. No. of agencies managed: 8-10** **4.
