Zonal Credit Head - Midmarket \& NBFC\| Chennai Zonal Credit Head manage a team of Credit Analysts, Approve Midmarket \& NBFC cases within delegated powers. Responsible for quality of the Midmarket \& NBFC portfolio of the region. Shall be able to contribute towards process/policy/product changes related to Credit. Forge and foster robust partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive risk management strategy. Align credit risk initiatives with partner objectives, meticulously monitor portfolios for shifts, and propose strategic interventions. Lead a proficient team, cultivating their expertise in credit analysis and portfolio optimization. Drive policy evolution, staying attuned to industry advancements. Specialize in underwriting significant transactions, adeptly navigating complex financial landscapes, and imparting wisdom to junior colleagues. Qualifications: CA/ MBA Finance Experience: 12 to 15 years Experience Level Executive Level
