**Role : Zonal Sales Head** **Exp Range : 9 to 12 years** **Location : Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar** **Required Key Skills:** At TCS, we are continuously striving to re-imagine the education ecosystem by leveraging our deep market insight along with our state-of-art technology and platforms. To help extend our aspirations of creating a positive impact in the lives of Indias youth, we are seeking to hire an experienced business development professional who has expertise in managing customer relationship, a passion for consultative sales and fundamental knowledge of the Education sector. Zonal Head will engage with decision makers from academic institutions and help them transform the lives of their students with help of TCS iON products and platforms. Role will be entrepreneurial with P&L responsibility across zone and act as a Brand Ambassador for TCS iON products Responsibilities: - Evangelizing TCS iON's learning products, platforms & services - Develop an in-depth understanding of all TCS iON products, platforms and services for higher education industry - Build relationship and establish trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating whats best for their students and colleges - Create and Review Targeted GTM Universe End to End Sales pipeline management from Suspect to Closure - Consult decision makers of academic institutions - Understand needs and convince management effectively by articulating product value propositions - Provide and review revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone - achieve and strive to exceed quarterly targets set by TCS management Ideal Candidate: - 12 to 18 years of overall work experience - Deep passion for customer interaction and solving their challenges - Fundamental knowledge of education sector in India, particularly higher education. - Managed relationship with key customers in India and has a consultative approach towards sales - Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and growth - Outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills - Flexible for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed. **Thanks & Regards,**
