Our Team The FP&A Operations Enablement COE is a high-performing, cross-functional team operating across both U.S. and IDC resources. The team supports multiple Business segments and enterprise initiatives by delivering financial analysis, process optimization, OneStream expertise, and governance oversight at scale. This group plays a critical role in enabling transparency, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization. Your Opportunity As Senior Manager – Finance, this role will own consolidation of overall entity P&L, drive short & long range planning for the Center and work closely with senior management & Tech finance teams to achieve the center’s financial goals. What You’ll Need to Bring to Be Successful Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect data, controls, and working capital impact Demonstrated experience leading transformation or process modernization initiatives Executive-level communication skills — ability to tell the story behind the numbers Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders A disciplined approach to governance and risk management Curiosity and resilience when navigating ambiguity and enterprise complexity Enterprise financial systems awareness A balance of strategic thinking and operational follow-through The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also capable of building trust, elevating team capability, and driving sustainable change across functions. **Additional Responsibilities** - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders across enterprise (segments/functions) and partner teams (Tech, MDM, Data etc.) to manage & continuously improve product processes and enabling technologies - Supervise processes to ensure plan/forecast activities are completed - Manage workflows and super user tasks - Assess changes to existing model drivers - Refresh and distribute plan reporting packages/dashboards - Refresh Plan scenarios based on request - Assist with high-level forecast seeding and updates - Support data reconciliation - Coordinate with Tech support team for new development and application - Support MDM teams on application impact assessment and solution design" - Manage solution design of models and application to support business needs - Perform customer review of integrated process and identify continuous improvements - Support Finance teams to create new planning processes and ensure associated tech delivery - Perform solution design impact assessment on any customer requirements and prioritize requests for Tech support. Coordinate with Technology to test any changes to application design and M/L models - Perform administrative activities associated with the planning applications and models - Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various reporting COE roles - Establish individual performance expectations based on the data elements assigned/ area of responsibility. - Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional & technical knowledge - Be a mentor to the team members and develop an atmosphere of trust and openness Experience required: 8-12 years with at least 6 years in financial planning & analysis (Various planning models e.g. driver based planning, etc. ) - Experienced in working with FP&A Tools and technology – preferably OneStream.. - Robust understanding of data modelling and developing effective processes for data analysis and reporting. – preferably working knowledge/experience in data science, machine learning concepts/models - Experience working with/for Product teams globally - Advanced knowledge of Agile product development methods **About Walmart Global Tech** Imagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
