Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Digital Experience Responsibilities • Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and ReactJS for high performance and usability. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, and reliable error handling. • Implement responsive UI components with React, focusing on accessibility, reusability, and consistent UX patterns. • Work with databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data access patterns. • Ensure application security using best practices (authentication/authorization, secure coding, and data protection). • Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. • Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements (e.g., smart search, recommendations, automation) where applicable. Technical and Professional Requirements • Minimum Qualifications: Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. • 35 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development with ReactJS. • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful services. • Solid experience with React fundamentals, component-based architecture, and state management concepts. • Experience working with relational databases and writing performant queries. • Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows.
