Job description

**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Accounting Expert** to support **General Ledger accounting**, month-end close, **financial statement preparation/reporting**, and audit coordination. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, high degree of accuracy, and ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Prior experience with **SAP** will be an advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage **General Ledger** accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations. - Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, conduct flux analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting timelines. - Prepare financial statements and related supporting schedules in line with internal and statutory requirements. - Partner with internal / external auditors and support timely completion of audit. **Compliance & Controls** - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and audit documentation requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address accounting issues, reporting matters, and process-related queries.
