Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 341569BR City Pune Key Responsibilities Are you interested in how a globally operating bank manages its balance sheet, liquidity & funding and capital risks? Do you want to support the capital management agenda to drive efficient use of the firms financial resources? We are looking for someone to join our Financial Resource Management & Planning team to: • manage the RWA and LRD estimate, forecast and plan together with the Business Divisions including LRD allocation forecast and plan; • contribute to the capital forecasting activities; • partner and advise our stakeholders in the Business Divisions; • review new or large business transactions and determine their impact on capital and profitability; • review current and new regulations and analyze their impact on transactions and the existing portfolio; • interact on the above with the capital policy team, risk methodology specialists, the business and other specialist functions within Group Treasury; • lead stakeholders through changes in the framework, including building estimations / simulations of the expected financial impact of the changes. Interact with Group Treasury, Regional Treasury, business divisions, finance, audit, regulators and other stakeholders; • contribute to our wider Treasury team – including resource planning, resource optimization, pricing / product initiatives, funding management, and general networking and social activities. The team You will join the Financial Resource Advisory and Planning team within Group Treasury, responsible for managing the bank’s liquidity & funding and capital position, including forecasting, target setting, capital issuances, and dividend recommendations. Our team also leads Capital, Liquidity and Funding Planning, Pricing and Incentivisation, and Optimisation and Advisory, working closely with Business Divisions, Finance, and Risk to drive efficient use of financial resources. This role offers exposure to diverse tasks and stakeholders, including reviewing business proposals from multiple perspectives and aligning them with the bank’s strategic goals. Your Skills And Experience You have: • a university degree in accounting, economics or related post-degree professional qualification; • at least 5 years of experience in Capital and / or Liquidity & Funding management or reporting; • knowledge around balance sheet dynamics for Treasury, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Retail & Corporates business; • solid knowledge in financial markets and the core business model of a global universal bank; • demonstrated ability to meet multiple deliverables simultaneously and manage tight deadlines. You are: • an excellent communicator and presenter with an ability to influence stakeholders; • self-starter and able to work under pressure; • able to work independently with a strong drive to learn and succeed; • fluent in English, oral and written.
