Accounts Receivable Associate

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing. • Handle denial management by identifying root causes of denials and implementing strategies for reduction. • Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) and patient access to ensure timely resolution of AR issues. • Analyze data reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable processes. Job Requirements : • 1-6 years of experience in US healthcare industry with a focus on accounts receivable calling or similar role. • Strong knowledge of medical billing, RCM, and denial handling procedures. • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers over phone calls.
