Role & responsibilities \\* Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims. \\*Folllow up on unpaid underpaid and denied claims . \\*Check claim status payment details and reasons for denials Prerefered candidate profile \\*Strong knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical billing and AR Process. \\*Understanding of insurance terminology claims, denials EOBs/ERA \\*Good Analystical and problem solving skills \\*Strong attention to detail and follow up skills \\*Strong knowledge on denials. Good knowledge of AR Denials management, medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes for Denials \\* Night shifts( Fixed)
