Job description Role Objective: Efficiently recover outstanding payments from insurance companies and payers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Applicants should have good knowledge of denial management and AR scenarios • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university • Minimum 7+ months of mandatory AR RCM experience • Good Communication skills (both written & Verbal) • Applicants should be willing to work from office and operate in night shifts • Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge. • Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid. • Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
