As a rapidly growing organization, we are committed to enhancing the well-being of our customers by providing products that promote healthy living. **Job Summary:** The Finance Manager - Accounts Receivable will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, maintaining customer accounts, and enhancing the company's cash flow. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize the receivables process. Key Responsibilities: **Accounts Receivable Management:** o Oversee the entire accounts receivable process from invoicing to collection. o Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments. o Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payment receipts. o Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. **Cash Flow Optimization:** o Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO). o Forecast cash receipts and manage cash collections to ensure liquidity. **Customer Relationship Management:** o Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any billing issues. o Address and resolve customer queries and discrepancies promptly and professionally. **Reporting and Analysis:** o Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and collection performance. o Analyse trends and provide insights to management to support decision- making. **Policy and Process Improvement:** o Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. o Continuously review and improve the receivables process to align with best practices and company goals. **Team Leadership:** o Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance and support. o Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members. **Qualifications:** Education: o CA 1 st or 2 nd attempt. **Experience:** o A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or related finance roles. o Proven experience in managing and improving accounts receivable processes. **Skills:** o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. o Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets. o Ability to work under pressure and
