About the Role We are looking for a Career Development Executive/Officer to join our Sales team. This is an end-to-end sales role where you will connect with working professionals interested in upskilling, understand their career goals, and guide them through our program offerings. Key Responsibilities • Connect daily with working professionals from leads provided through our CRM system to build a pipeline of prospective students • Understand each prospect's career goals and recommend suitable programs based on their interests • Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video call, or in-person meetings to explain program details, curriculum, and enrollment process • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closure • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets Requirements • Prior experience in sales, business development, or counselling is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi • Comfortable with a target-driven, outbound calling environment • Bachelor's degree in any discipline Work Details • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM What We Offer • Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, profitable company in the education sector • Structured training and growth path within the sales function To apply, please submit your application through this job posting.
