Career Development Executive / Officer – Jaro Education (Sales) Job Type: Full-time Age Criteria: Up to 35 years About Jaro Education Jaro Education is one of India's most trusted online higher education companies. Role Overview We're hiring a Career Development Executive/Officer for an end-to-end sales role — from cold outreach to closing enrolments. If you're a driven communicator who thrives on targets and enjoys helping working professionals take the next step in their careers, this role is for you. What You'll Do • Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from leads on our CRM (LeadSquared) to build a strong pipeline of genuine prospects • Understand each prospect's upskilling needs and career goals to recommend the right program fit • Counsel prospective students on our program offerings via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings • Drive the complete sales cycle — from first contact to closure • Consistently meet daily activity targets and weekly/monthly enrolment goals What We're Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or counselling is a plus (freshers with the right attitude may also apply, depending on role level) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume outreach role • Age up to 35 years Why Join Us • Work with a fast-growing, award-winning EdTech leader (e-India Awards, Education Excellence Awards, ABP Education Awards, World HRD Congress recognitions) • Be part of a team shaping career growth for working professionals across India • Clear growth path from Career Development Executive to Officer based on performance and experience Details • Working Days: Monday–Saturday • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Internet reimbursement • Paid time off Work Location: In person
