Job Summary Infosys is seeking a Technology Analyst/Lead to support the implementation and ongoing support of Aerchain, an AI-powered source-to-pay (S2P) procurement platform, for a client engagement. The role involves configuring the platform, assisting with requirements and testing, and providing day-to-day functional support, working closely with a Team Lead/Technology Lead. Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Mysore and Jaipur Experience: 3 to 11 years Key Responsibilities • Configure Aerchain modules (sourcing, RFx/auctions, supplier management, contract lifecycle, invoicing) based on approved requirements • Support business analysts/leads in gathering and documenting functional requirements from client stakeholders • Execute test cases, support UAT cycles, and log/track defects to closure • Triage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs; escalate complex issues appropriately • Coordinate with client-side users and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide status updates • Prepare and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge base articles • Support data validation and integration checks between Aerchain and connected ERP/finance systems • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint/status reviews, flagging risks or blockers early Technology Stack • Platform: Aerchain (Source-to-Pay / Procurement SaaS) Sourcing, RFx & Auctions, Contract Lifecycle Management, Invoice Processing, Spend Analytics, Supplier Management • Integration & APIs: REST APIs, Webhooks, Postman (for API testing) • Database & Querying: SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server) • ERP Systems (integration exposure): SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba • Ticketing & Collaboration: JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence • Productivity & Reporting: MS Excel (advanced), MS Office Suite; Power BI / Tableau (good to have) • Cloud (good to have): AWS or Azure basic familiarity with cloud-hosted SaaS environments • Methodology: Agile / Scrum delivery framework Required Skills & Experience • Exposure to procurement or source-to-pay (S2P) processes (sourcing, contracts, invoicing, supplier management) • Experience configuring or supporting SaaS/enterprise applications • Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and validation • Basic understanding of APIs/integrations between systems • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing coordination Good-to-Have Skills • Hands-on experience with Aerchain or similar procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, JAGGAER) • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle • Procurement-related certifications (e.g., CIPS foundation level) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills • High sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks • Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs • Attention to detail and structured problem-solving approachRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
