AGM/DGM- Quaality Control-API @ Vizag

Job description

Role & responsibilities : • Lead and manage end-to-end API manufacturing operations. • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance. • Monitor production planning, manpower utilization, and process optimization. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. • Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and support regulatory inspections. • Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain for smooth operations. • Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence. • Support and participate in USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EDQM, and other regulatory audits.
