Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Lead and manage end-to-end **API manufacturing operations**. - Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining **quality, safety, and compliance**. - Monitor production planning, manpower utilization, and process optimization. - Ensure compliance with **cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and regulatory requirements**. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. - Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and support regulatory inspections. - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain for smooth operations. - Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence. - Support and participate in **USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EDQM, and other regulatory audits**.
