Job Description Production & Packing Department Job Title: Production / Packing Executive – Fresher Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Qualification: ITI,Diploma,Bsc,Bcom,BA, Relevant Life Sciences qualification Job Location: Bangalore Departments: Production & Packing Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing team in the Production and Packing Departments. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and packing activities while strictly following GMP, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities – Production Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing activities as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records. Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision. Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements. Perform dispensing, manufacturing, processing, and related activities as assigned. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Ensure proper identification and handling of raw materials and in-process materials. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and other departments as required. Report any deviations, equipment issues, or abnormalities to the supervisor. Follow company policies and regulatory requirements at all times. Key Responsibilities – Packing Perform primary and secondary packing activities as per approved procedures. Operate packing machines and equipment under supervision. Check packing materials, labels, and printed materials before and during operations. Ensure correct batch details, product identification, and coding. Maintain packing records and other required documentation. Follow line clearance and GMP requirements. Perform visual inspection of packed products. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the packing area. Report any discrepancies, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor. Desired Skills Basic knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Basic documentation and computer skills. Willingness to work in shifts. Good discipline and commitment to quality and safety. Eligibility Freshers from Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or relevant pharmaceutical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packing may also apply. Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts will be preferred.
