**Key Responsibilities** **AI-Powered Customer Onboarding** - Design and develop digital onboarding journeys integrating eKYC, CKYC, DigiLocker, Video KYC, Aadhaar verification, eSign, eNACH and account opening workflows. - Build intelligent validation and document collection flows using AI. - Enable straight-through onboarding with minimal manual intervention. **Digital Lending Journeys** - Develop end-to-end loan journeys covering: - Lead generation - Eligibility assessment - Bureau integration - Business Rule Engine (BRE) - Loan Origination System (LOS) - Loan Account (LAN) creation - Documentation - Disbursement - Integrate lending journeys with internal and external banking platforms. **Conversational Banking** - Build AI-powered conversational journeys on WhatsApp and other digital channels. - Enable customers to: - Open accounts - Apply for loans - Check application status - Make service requests - Access account information - Perform banking transactions - Build multilingual customer experiences. **AI Workflow Automation** - Develop agentic AI workflows capable of understanding customer intent, orchestrating banking processes, validating information, triggering system actions, and completing transactions autonomously. - Build reusable AI agents for servicing, sales, collections, and onboarding. **System Integration** - Integrate conversational journeys with: - Core Banking System (CBS) - Loan Origination System (LOS) - Loan Management System (LMS) - CRM - Payment Gateways - UPI - Fund Transfer Systems - Notification platforms - Third-party APIs - Develop secure APIs and middleware services to enable seamless data exchange. **Digital Collections** - Build AI-driven collections journeys including: - Personalized reminders - Payment links - Repayment workflows - Promise-to-pay tracking - Recovery automation - Integrate payment systems to facilitate frictionless repayments. **Platform Engineering** - Build reusable workflow components, APIs, AI services, and orchestration layers that accelerate future product launches. - Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and reliability of AI applications. - Work closely with AI Product Managers, architects, business teams, and technology partners to deliver production-ready solutions. **Preferred Technical Skills** **AI & Automation** - Conversational AI platforms - Large Language Models (LLMs) - AI Agents and Agentic Workflows - Prompt Engineering - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Workflow orchestration platforms **Programming** - Python - Node.js - Java - REST APIs - GraphQL - Microservices **Cloud & DevOps** - AWS/Azure/GCP - Docker - Kubernetes - CI/CD pipelines - Git **Banking Integrations** - Core Banking Systems - Loan Origination Systems - Loan Management Systems - CRM - Payment Gateways - UPI integrations - Aadhaar/eKYC integrations - DigiLocker - eSign - eNACH **Databases** - SQL - PostgreSQL - MongoDB - Redis
