Desired candidate Profile Snapshot: • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack web solutions using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and database technologies. • Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend frameworks. • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and microservices using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies. • Design and implement scalable AWS cloud and serverless solutions using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and related platform services. • Develop and support Drupal-based websites, content management solutions, and platform integrations. • Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to modern architectures and frameworks. • Implement secure coding practices and support application security, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities. • Apply DevSecOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, source control, automated testing, code quality reviews, and release management. • Design and develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations with internal and external systems. • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation technologies to improve business processes and user experience. • Support development and integration of workflow automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and related automation technologies. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. • Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans. • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices across the team. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and improve engineering efficiency. • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and customer experience objectives.
