**Skill: AI Test Automation QA+Typescript/Javascript** **Experience: 8–12 years** **Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore** **Mode: Hybrid** **Job Description:** - 8–12 years of hands on experience in AI driven testing and test automation with proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and leadership. - AI & Advanced Testing Capabilities - • Hands on experience with AI based code assisted IDEs and productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, MCP, Skill based tools). - • Experience in building or leveraging AI agents using GCP (GHCP) or custom LLM platforms. - • Strong understanding of AI led automation frameworks, intelligent test generation, and self healing automation concepts. - • Exposure to COTS AI testing tools (ACCELQ, Testim, Tricentis (Tosca+Vision AI)and their enterprise adoption. - • Experience in authoring and maintaining Self healing locators , AI driven test generation , Smart waits & flakiness detection etc - Key technical Skills - • Programming proficiency in Javascript / TypeScript. - • Strong experience with Cypress automation. - • Lead and implement AI enabled automation solutions across UI, API, and mobile platforms. - • Leverage AI techniques and tools to optimize test design, execution, maintenance, and defect prediction. - • Drive cloud based automation frameworks with strong exposure to UI, API, and mobile automation. - • Design, build, and manage QA Dev/Test pipelines integrated with CI/CD. - • Define test strategies, estimation models, execution plans, and test closure reports for large programs. - • Review and govern test assets, automation coverage, and quality metrics across teams. - • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Good to have skills - • Strong understanding of QA governance, and delivery excellence. - • Strong articulation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - • Ability to mentor teams, influence automation strategy, and drive AI adoption at scale. - • Ownership mindset with focus on quality transformation and continuous improvement.
