AM - Process Safety

Job description

Majority of experience should be in Process safety and with minor in General Safety. Responsible to lead the cultural transformation on Process Safety management in sites. Responsible to review the new projects, new processes, modifications in point of change management before initiation of change. Responsible for coordination for carrying Process Safety Risk Assessment /IH Banding/ HAZOP / Process risk assessments / Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Review of Controls required. Responsible for change management (MOC) & Pre-start-up safety review (PSSR) for existing modification in facility / process & new changes in site. Conducting Trainings on shop floor on hazards, risks & Controls on Powder safety, Operations with handling of Powders & High Hazardous chemicals. . Responsible to implementation of standard HSE practices.
