Role & responsibilities Anchor Relationship Management • Act as the single point of contact for assigned anchor corporates. • Build and maintain strong relationships between bank business/sales Team and channel teams of anchor companies. • Conduct regular business reviews with anchors to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational issues. • Ensure high levels of anchor satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Business Growth • Work closely with sales teams to increase dealer onboarding and portfolio utilization. • Track dealer activation, credit limit utilization, and portfolio growth. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products such as Current Accounts, Trade Finance, FX, Collections, and Working Capital. • Drive to adherence to TATs for dealer onboarding, limit setup, and disbursement. Portfolio Monitoring • Monitor portfolio health, overdue trends, dealer utilization, and concentration risks. • Track early warning indicators and coordinate corrective actions. • Prepare periodic MIS and portfolio analytics for management. Key Deliverables / KPIs • Growth in Dealer Finance portfolio. • Number of new anchor relationships onboarded. • Dealer onboarding and activation rate. • Credit limit utilization. • Portfolio quality (GNPA/Overdues). • Turnaround Time (TAT) for onboarding and disbursement. • Anchor satisfaction and retention. • Cross-sell revenue from anchor ecosystem. Preferred Candidate Profile • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Dealer Finance, Strong understanding of Dealer Finance • Experience in managing large corporate/anchor relationships. • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills. • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
