Api Automation Tester (Java, Selenium, cucumber, rest API)

Job description

• Should have 6-12 years of testing experience. • 4-5 years of experience in Selenium and Java and 1 year of experience in Cucumber are required. • 2-6 years of experience in API Automation. • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Rest assured API / Rest API. • Hands on experience in API testing • Setting up the Selenium environment: Preparing the environment, selecting a language, and setting up tools • Writing test cases in the preferred language, and adding and escalating scripts to improve them • Executing tests: Running test suites to identify bugs and faults • Detect and analyze software flaws, and engage with developers to find solutions. • Resolving issues: Assigning bugs to the development team • Analyzing user requirements: Providing feedback based on user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents • Staying up to date: Keeping current with testing tools, trends, and methodologies • Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies
