Job Title **Application Delivery Manager Banking / Lending** Experience **12+ Years** Location Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Application Delivery Manager** with **12+ years of IT experience** and a strong background in **Banking or Lending domain**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end application delivery, managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering high-quality technology solutions for banking/lending applications. The candidate should possess strong delivery management capabilities, people leadership, vendor management, and experience managing Agile application development and support engagements. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end application delivery for Banking/Lending applications. - Lead multiple Agile teams across development, testing, production support, and release management. - Own project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery governance. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. - Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams. - Drive requirement discussions, effort estimation, sprint planning, and release management. - Monitor delivery KPIs, project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevOps, security, and compliance standards. - Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to senior leadership. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization. - Manage production support, incident management, problem management, and RCA activities. - Ensure SLA, KPI, audit, and regulatory compliance for banking applications. - Mentor and develop delivery teams while fostering a high-performance culture. Required Skills Technical Skills - Strong understanding of Application Delivery Management - SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Release Management - DevOps practices and CI/CD - Application Support & Maintenance - Production Support - Incident & Problem Management - Change Management - Risk & Issue Management - Vendor Management Banking Domain Expertise Experience in one or more of the following: - Retail Banking - Corporate Banking - Commercial Lending - Loan Origination Systems (LOS) - Loan Management Systems (LMS) - Mortgage Lending - Consumer Lending - Credit Cards - Digital Banking - Payments - Core Banking Mandatory Skills - 12+ years of overall IT experience. - 5+ years in Application Delivery/Project/Program Management. - Strong experience in **Banking or Lending domain**. - Experience managing multiple application development and support projects. - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models. - Strong stakeholder and client management skills. - Experience managing distributed/global teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and governance.
