Job description

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) Required Skills: • L2 Application Support • Production Support • Incident Management • Troubleshooting • SQL Queries • Windows & Linux Support • IIS / Web Server Support • SLA Management • Ticket Handling (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.) • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Production Control Activities Responsibilities: • Provide L2 support for customer-facing applications. • Analyze and resolve production incidents. • Troubleshoot application, IIS, and server-related issues. • Perform SQL query-based validations and issue analysis. • Handle incident triage, escalation, tracking, and resolution. • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain operational documentation. Preferred: • Experience in IIS and Web Hosting. • Basic Batch Scripting knowledge. • Experience in production support environments. • Strong communication skills.
