Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice – Trainee to join our Finance team. As a key member of our department, you will gain hands-on experience in finance functions while assisting with day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with our finance teams to learn and contribute to financial accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting activities Your role at Baxter: • Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and budgets. • Participate in monthly business reviews and assist with presentation preparation. • Assist in month-end closing activities in coordination with the Controllership teams. • Prepare and review financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes. • Help ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting within ERP systems. • Provide support for ad hoc analysis related to sales, expenses, or accounting adjustments. • Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and accounting teams) to collect essential financial data. • Education: · • Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Any relevant coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or business operations would be a plus. • A strong interest in finance and learning is essential • Skills required: · • Good Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and draw meaningful insights. • Excel Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). • Attention to Detail: report generation, and financial calculations. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose logical solutions in a timely manner. • Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and learn from others in a team-oriented environment. • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently. • Adaptability: Flexibility to take on different tasks and learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
