Roles and Responsibilities • Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers. • Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims. • Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall revenue cycle management. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, US healthcare, or related field. • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently from home office environment.
