Job description

Skill Set • Required Minimum 6 Months to max 1.6 Years of Working experience in AR calling (Denial management). • Good English communication skill • Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors. • BE/BTech are not entertained if they don't have 1+ Years of work experience in RCM industry • Night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) • CTC 3-4LPA Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Follow up with the payer to check on claim status. • Identify denial reason and work on resolution. • Save claim from getting written off by timely following up. • Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits. • Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects. • Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate. • should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.
