Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries. • Process claims payments, adjustments, and refunds in accordance with insurance policies. • Identify and address denial management issues by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare BPO or related field. • Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). • Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
