Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections. • Process patient statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate coding and claims submission. • Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the RCM system. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field (RCM). • Strong understanding of medical billing principles and regulations. • Proficiency in accounts payable software (e.g. Epic Systems) is an asset.
