**Job Title: Fullstack Architect (React & Node)** **Experience:** 8-12yrs **Lcoation : Bangalore / Pune** **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Fullstack Architect (Web Applications)** to design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and cloud architecture, with proven expertise in designing complex business workflows, rules engines, and real-time systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect end-to-end web application solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability - Define and govern application architecture, coding standards, and best practices - Design microservices-based architectures using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles - Lead the design and implementation of business rules engines and workflow/approval systems - Architect and optimize high-performance dashboards involving complex calculations and large datasets - Design secure systems with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and comprehensive audit trails - Drive real-time communication solutions using WebSockets or similar technologies - Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments - Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects **Technical Skills & Experience** **Frontend** - Strong experience with **React** - Proficient in **TypeScript/ NextJs** - Hands-on experience with **AG Grid** and **D3.js** for data-intensive and visualization-rich applications - Expertise in building responsive, high-performance web UIs **Backend** - Strong experience with **Node.js** or **Python (FastAPI)** - Design and development of **RESTful APIs** - Experience with real-time systems using **WebSockets** **Databases & Performance** - Strong expertise in **PostgreSQL** and **Redis** - Proven experience in **query optimization**, caching strategies, and performance tuning - Ability to design data models for scalability and efficiency **Architecture & Cloud** - Deep understanding of **Microservices Architecture** and **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)** - Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** - Hands-on experience with **Azure and/or AWS** - Knowledge of system observability, logging, and monitoring best practices **Must-Have Expertise** - Designing and implementing **business rules engines** - Architecting **workflow and approval systems** - Implementing **RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)** and **audit trail mechanisms** - Building **high-performance dashboards** with complex business calculations - Ensuring system security, compliance, and data integrity **Soft Skills** - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture - Leadership mindset with experience mentoring and guiding teams - Problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality and scalability **Nice to Have** - Experience with event-driven architectures - Exposure to CQRS patterns - Knowledge of fintech, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale B2B platforms **Required Skills**
