We Equitas Small Finance Bank is Hiring for Branch Manager / Area Manager for Affordable (HL/ LAP) segment for Rajkot Location. **Qualifications:-** Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 8 yrs of experience in Affordable HL / LAP with handling of Multiple branches along with Team handling role. **Key Responsibilities:-** - **Sales & Disbursement:** Meet monthly retail lending targets for affordable home loans and LAP within the designated geographic cluster. - Channel Distribution: Recruit, activate, and manage Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs), connectors, and local builders for lead generation. - **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Relationship Managers across multiple branches. - **Credit & Compliance:** Review customer profiles, verify repayment capacities, and coordinate with credit and technical underwriting teams to streamline loan approvals. - **Portfolio Quality:** Monitor early delinquencies and coordinate recovery efforts to maintain a healthy, low Non-Performing Asset (NPA) ratio. - **Market Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the localized low-and-middle-income customer segment, property valuation norms, and local legal documentation. - **Core Competencies:** Strong team leadership, relationship management, negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to sales tracking. **For any concern / query feel free to connect with us** **Paresh Makwana** 99244 93330 Pareshkumar.makwana@equitas.bank.in
