Role & responsibilities - • Experience of portfolio handling of 80 CR to 100 CR+ • Should have experience of team handling of 6-10 direct reporting employees • Must have experience of Microfinance business(Individual Loan) • Responsible for business lines of 4-8 branches, ownership of P&L Asset & Branch Banking of Branches • Drive asset & liability business and other cross- sell products (TPP) in the respective areas.
