**Experience:** 8?12 Years (Mandatory: Projects Tender Background) **Key Responsibilities** **?** **1. ??????** **Sales Ownership Number Delivery** - Own monthly quarterly B2B **revenue and gross margin targets** for the region. - Build and maintain a **robust project funnel** and achieve consistent conversion KPIs. - Run structured sales reviews: funnel health ? projections ? closures ? collections. - Identify high-potential sectors (corporate, institutional, government, etc) ? **2. ??????** **Project Tender Leadership** - Lead Pepperfry?s representation in **institutional tenders, large RFPs, technical negotiations and commercial bidding** . - Proven experience in **tender submissions** , BOQ alignment, compliance documentation, reverse auctions, etc. - Handle **project delivery from specification to installation to collection** , ensuring timely execution and quality adherence. - Ability to secure **completion certificates, client feedback and repeat business** from institutional/government clients. ? **3. ??????** **Architect Designer Ecosystem Building** - Develop a strong regional network of **Architects, Interior Designers (IDs), PMC firms, consultants, design studios and turnkey contractors** . - Drive product **specification through ADs** , ensuring Pepperfry is included in drawings, BOQs and material selections. - Conduct **workshops, meet-ups and community events** as part of Pepperfry?s AD engagement program. - Act as a subject matter consultant on product ranges, finishes, modularity and technical specs. ? ? **4. ??????** **Strategic Partnerships Channel Collaboration** - Work closely with Pepperfry?s **channel partners, AD partners and studio teams** to jointly represent the brand in key accounts. - Drive joint GTMs with partners to expand regional penetration in commercial and institutional categories. ? **5. ??????** **Project Execution Customer Management** - Coordinate with HO teams (design, commercial, supply chain) to ensure **seamless execution of customer projects** . - Manage entire lifecycle:? **Specking** **?** **Proposal** **?** **PO** **?** **Execution** **?** **Installation** **?** **Collection** **?** **Feedback** - Resolve on-ground issues through proactive cross-functional coordination.
