**Designation:** Area Sales Manager **Years of experience:** 6 to 9 **Salary Range:** INR to (Annual) **What would you be handling?** Responsible for the sales of the company, managing the clients, reviewing the market conditions and applying the best suitable action plan. Reporting will be to the Area Manager. - Focusing on existing accounts with a client-centric retention strategy within the designated area. - Identify & analyze the client's requirements and propose customized solutions - Customization according to the needs specified by the Senior sales officer - Managing the sales officers and being accountable for the work of subordinates. - Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value-based selling. - Sales Analysis, Usage review, and planning vis-a-vis product analysis on a quarterly basis. - Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies - Achieving sales objectives, revenues by selling, up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including branding options - Sales management to drive both volume and value business - Proactive merchandising skills with a deep understanding of brand and products in all categories to maximize sell-through on platforms **What will make you successful?** - Excellent written and oral communication and English skills - Team Management skills as managing of the subordinates and acting as a Leader is required - Should be a Team leader who can drive the sales team to company objectives - Leadership skills to lead the team of sales officers - Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills - An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role. **Primary Responsibilities:** - As mentioned above
