Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, Python development, and modern data platforms , with a strong background in solution architecture and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives. • Lead the development of Agentic AI applications, intelligent automation solutions, and AI-powered workflows. • Define end-to-end technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies for AI platforms. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Build and optimize AI solutions using Python and cloud-based data platforms. • Design and implement data pipelines, model serving architectures, and monitoring frameworks. • Ensure adherence to best practices in security, governance, scalability, and performance. • Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches for enterprise adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to AI/ML architecture. • Strong expertise in Python programming. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions. • Strong knowledge of the Databricks Platform . • Proficiency in SQL and handling complex data structures. • Good understanding of JSON structures , APIs, and system integrations. • Proven experience in technical architecture , solution design, and enterprise application integration. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
