Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **AI Engineer** to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in **Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, Python development, and modern data platforms** , with a strong background in solution architecture and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives. - Lead the development of Agentic AI applications, intelligent automation solutions, and AI-powered workflows. - Define end-to-end technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies for AI platforms. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build and optimize AI solutions using Python and cloud-based data platforms. - Design and implement data pipelines, model serving architectures, and monitoring frameworks. - Ensure adherence to best practices in security, governance, scalability, and performance. - Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches for enterprise adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to AI/ML architecture. - Strong expertise in **Python** programming. - Hands-on experience with **Generative AI (GenAI)** technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience designing and implementing **Agentic AI** solutions. - Strong knowledge of the **Databricks Platform** . - Proficiency in **SQL** and handling complex data structures. - Good understanding of **JSON structures** , APIs, and system integrations. - Proven experience in **technical architecture** , solution design, and enterprise application integration. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
