SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection. Prepare schematic layouts, BOQs, and technical submittals. Coordinate with electrical and architectural teams for routing. Review vendor data and support commissioning documentation. SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction • HVAC Lead, BIM, Project Engineers External Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction • Clients, Consultants, Vendors SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications • B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) with 5–8 years in HVAC design. Language Skills • Proficient in English and local language for on-site coordination EXPERIENCE Years of Experience • 5–8 years Nature of Ex. • Experience with HAP, TRACE, and AutoCAD/Revit.
