Assistant IT Asset Manager

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Manage and monitor the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications. - Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT implementations and maintenance activities. - Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with IT policies and procedures. - Assist in managing IT assets, software licenses, and inventory tracking. - Support onboarding and offboarding activities including system access, device allocation, and account management. - Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements where required. - Maintain documentation related to IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. - Support implementation of new technologies, tools, and digital initiatives. - Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets and adherence to service levels.
