Position: Assistant Manager E&M OP Coding Experience: 8–14 Years Specialty: E&M OP Certification: Any Coding Certification Mandatory Locations: Chennai & Bangalore Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end E&M Outpatient coding operations and delivery • Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets • Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and team performance • Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination • Support audits, compliance, and quality governance • Mentor and develop team members • Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and new implementations.
