Team Manager/Manager HRBP | Product & Engineering Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office Experience: 6+ Years Level: Senior Manager Reporting To: Senior Director HR Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager HR Business Partner (Product & Engineering) to partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Product & Engineering leadership on workforce planning, organization effectiveness, talent, performance, and employee engagement. • Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, career growth, retention, and succession planning. • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong pipelines for technology roles including AI Engineers, Architects, Tech Specialists, Product Managers, and Tech Leaders. • Drive talent development, high-potential programs, career pathways, and future-ready capability building across AI/GenAI/ML. • Lead engagement and retention initiatives, including stay interviews and proactive flight-risk identification. • Use people analytics and data-driven insights to support organization design and workforce decisions. • Drive performance management and high-performance culture initiatives. • Partner with C&B on competitive compensation strategies and manage complex employee relations matters. Desired Profile • 6+ years of HR experience with 4–5+ years in HRBP roles, preferably in a technology/product-led organization. • Experience partnering with senior Engineering, Product, Technology, or Design leaders. • Strong understanding of technology talent and emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI/ML. • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and executive presence. • B.Tech/B.E. with MBA/PGDBM (HR) from a reputed/premier institution preferred.
