We are hiring an AM/Manager Audit Strategy to own central audit process excellence across store operations and customer experience audits. This role will be the backbone of building consistent, scalable SOPs that lift customer experience standards across the retail network. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Own the charter for central audit process excellence spanning multiple audit mechanisms store operations audits and customer experience (CX) audits. - Design, standardize, and continuously improve audit frameworks, checklists, and scoring mechanisms. - Build and refine SOPs that translate audit findings into actionable improvement strategies for store teams. - Partner with store operations and CX teams to close the loop on audit gaps and track remediation. - Analyze audit trends and data to identify systemic issues and recommend process/policy changes. - Drive governance reviews on audit compliance and CX improvement metrics with central and regional stakeholders. - Support rollout and training on updated SOPs/audit standards across the store network. **REQUIREMENTS** - 4-8 years of experience in retail audit, quality/process excellence, or operations strategy roles - Strong process orientation with hands-on experience building SOPs and audit frameworks - Analytical mindset with ability to translate audit data into strategic recommendations - Experience working with large retail networks or multi-location operations preferred - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
