Assistant Manager - NPD

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** • Assist in the development of new products by coordinating with design and production teams • Support the execution of product development plans, timelines and budgets • Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products • Ensure the proper integration of design specification and requirements during production • Monitor the quality of products during the development and production stages • Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems • Help manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost effective solutions • Assist in selecting and managing Suppliers for raw material and components needed for new product production • Maintain detailed documentation of NPD process, including design, testing and production stages
