Assistant Manager Performance Marketing | Livspace Livspace is looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing professional to join the Growth & Performance Marketing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Meta Ads who enjoys working with data, solving performance challenges, and driving measurable business outcomes at scale. What you’ll be responsible for: • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across 30+ cities and multiple categories • Own campaign performance, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, and creative optimization • Identify performance gaps and diagnose issues across creative, audience, tracking, attribution, and bidding • Drive improvements in CPL, lead volume, and lead-to-conversion quality • Build and evaluate structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures • Work closely with Analytics, Creative, and Category teams to translate insights into action • Contribute to performance planning, forecasting, and budget allocation • Stay updated on Meta platform changes and evolving auction dynamics What we’re looking for: • 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager • Experience managing high-spend, multi-city, or multi-account campaigns • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent understanding of performance metrics and funnel data • Experience with CAPI, attribution, and conversion tracking • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Exposure to Google Ads, SQL, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus • Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 years Function: Growth & Performance Marketing Primary Platform: Meta Ads Interested candidates can share their profile at: neha.bhalla@livsace.com
