Axis Max Life has been consistently ranked among the best workplaces by the GPTW Institute, reflecting its commitment to creating a positive and empowering work environment. #ComeAsYouAre LGBTQIA+ and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply Job Description: Job Description Position Executive – POS No. of Positions 1 Department Operations Function POS Reporting to Senior Manager– POS Band 5 Location Gurugram Last date of submission 18th Sep 2026 Key Responsibilities: Ø Ensure Timely Tracking of all Due Payouts (NRI) in advance and settlement without delays Ø Post Refunds Trigger ensure rejections are tracked and actioned Ø Responsible for timely obtaining requisite tax forms to release payouts in NRE Account Ø Verify payout eligibility, Policy Status and documentation before processing Ø Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations Ø Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement Ø Responsible for handling field queries related to payouts. Ø Monitor payout queues and escalate exceptions for timely resolution. Measure of Success: Ø Timely refunds and Closure of Child Tickets Ø Reduction in Penal interest Ø Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations. Desired qualifications and experience: Ø Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background. Ø Good Knowledge of Ingenium Application, MS Excel, Word . Ø Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in Insurance and handling the team. FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT Ø Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role. Ø Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role.
