The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, VBA, MS Excel, and process automation, along with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective automated solutions. Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python, VBA, SQL, and MS Excel Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting. Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, reconciliation, reporting, and workflow improvement. Create and maintain VBA macros to automate Excel-based processes and reduce manual intervention. • Data Analysis: Support with relevant MIS/ Data/ Dashboards across Channels on Key metrics. Ensure functional dashboards- daily, weekly and monthly . Support channels with relevant, customized, data & MIS – SLA adherence, mandate registration, Transaction status etc. • Business partner Management: Effectively manage business partner to achieve the retention MOS.
