LNT/AM/1755819 - HCI-Heavy Civil Infrastructure - Bhavali - Posted On 08 Jul 2026 - End Date 04 Jan 2027 - Required Experience4 - 8 years ## **Skills** #### **Knowledge & Posting Location** Quality Assurance Inspection Quality Control Quality Management ISO NDT Project Engineering Construction #### **Minimum Qualification** Bachelor of Engineering (BE) ## **Job Description** **Quality Assurance (QA) Functions** - Implement and maintain the **Project Quality Management System (PQMS)**. - Prepare, review, and approve: - Quality plans (QAP) - Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) - Method Statements - Work procedures as per ISO standards - Ensure compliance with: - Contract specifications - IS codes / ASTM / relevant standards - Client and consultant requirements - Conduct **internal quality audits** and ensure closure of non-conformities. - Monitor vendor & subcontractor quality systems and approvals **Quality Control (QC) Functions** supervise and carry out **inspection and testing** of materials and works: - Concrete works (batching, pouring, curing) - Rock excavation, slope stabilization, tunneling - Dam structures, waterways, surge shafts, power house - Reinforcement and shuttering checks - Ensure testing of materials like: - Cement, aggregates, steel, water, admixtures - Verify and maintain: - Field test reports - Cube testing, soil testing, NDT reports - Coordinate with laboratories (site & third-party labs).
