Job Summary This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Responsibilities • Support field through trouble shooting on system • Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT • Monthly hold clearance • Process Analysis Sharing of best practices with team. • Coordinate with Sales ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. • Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process • Liaisoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap Required Qualifications and Experience
