Own It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/actions for better outcomes Duties and Responsibilities • Perform concurrent testing within Operations basis checklist • Review data, sample cases (scanned/physical) for accuracy of information • Report exceptional cases on set frequencies • Publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards • Ensure closure of identified compliance and accuracy issues Required Qualifications and Experience • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with CA/ MBA finance or equivalent • Knowledge of Operationsprocesses and systems • Experience in data analysis and exception identification • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Experience in excel data analysis SQL queries • Positive attitude and team player Qualifications • Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do moreListens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
