About this role This role is instrumental in supporting the Sales Assurance head and senior leadership team in driving the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the organization’s end-to-end sales process. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant sales recording and reporting. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams such as SAM Finance, Order Management Systems, Billing, Reporting & Analytics, FP&A, and Controllership to ensure seamless process integration and data consistency Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: • Monitor and evaluate sales transactions and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies • Collaborate with Sales & Accounts Management, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics, FP&A, OMS and Billing teams to implement best practices and improve sales governance • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions / improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk • Ability to work with disparate data sets / systems and create data package(s) which conveys intelligent information to aid in decision making • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve sales processes by implementing the best practices and innovative solutions • Identifies opportunities to mitigate risks and strive for robust control environment. • Senior Stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate with ability to have a good connect with relevant business partners and be a fine team contributor. • Ready to learn / adapt to new financial reporting systems. • Assist in the development and refinement of sales assurance frameworks, SOPs, and quality assurance • Analyze sales queries during month close to understand root cause and fix as necessary to reduce volume of sales queries and resolve them in timely manner Requirements: • Master’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field (MBA preferred) • 6-8 years of experience in sales assurance, revenue assurance or compliance, preferably in a sales-driven environment in BFSI sector. • Experience of working with systems: SAP, Oracle, Pyramid, Hyperion, Salesforce, CRM an added advantage • • Strong interpersonal skills: both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and concisely interact with personnel at all management levels • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with new generation analytical tools (preferably Power BI) would be highly desirable • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. • Clear thinking/problem solving; successfully led projects/operational improvements within operations/finance function. • Flexibility to work per UK hours.
