In your role, you will engage in a project aimed at creating and implementing of an innovative system for automatic classification of economic indicators in our database. You will be responsible for researching and analysing economic data classifications and involved in preparing dictionary of classification data properties. You will develop knowledge of the economic statistics, methodology and international data classifications content wise. You will be a part of a global project team, which will enable you to improve your language and communication skills.   WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT? Our team provides over 18 million economic indicators from national and international sources used by all LSEG clients. From general market profiles to very detailed economic indicators – our customers use them all for trend analysis, making long-term investment decisions as well as real-time ones.  Economics data is of great interest to our clients. In the role of Associate Content Analyst, you will be working on the maintenance of database administration and Data mining and expand market coverage.  Responsible for ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner and works on assigned data projects. Support the training of entry level with regards to product, workflow, and databases. Resolves data queries in a timely and effective manner and support the CST team.   ESSENTIAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - • • knowledge of Macro Economics content. • Support of BAU, ad hoc works • Handling methodology changes and Content Enhancement (CE) management. • back up team members. • Resolves data queries in a timely and effective manner in chat room and Service Cloud and connect with clients. • Processing Marco Economics data by doing research and extracting data from National and International source websites.   WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? • • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Economics knowledge • A highly critical thinker supported by quantitative and analytical skills • Multitasking skills • Eagerness to learn a lot and collaborate with others • Strive for bringing the best customer service • Inner drive, self-awareness, and responsibility for daily duties • Good reporting, Presentation, and facilitation skills. • Time management skills. Proactive approach, being compassionate, responsible; and open minded. • Should have knowledge and experience to work on Power tools like Power BI, power automation, and Asana • Knowledge of Python Coding. • Ready and flexible to work in different shift.
